Sandra Cappucci has spent over 30 years as a real estate agent with Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. Sandra‘s real estate career served as the foundation to her true passion, which is architecture and interior design. She began her career in real estate and worked side by side with her father building homes at a very young age. Sandra works together with architects and clients to create a distinctive vision for each project, tailored to its client in every way. She balances both traditional and contemporary designs with every project. The selection of finishes, materials, custom design cabinetry, and millwork, combining a blend of selections into every project allows her to create original and sophisticated spaces that are unique, elegant and timeless to every client.
Roger S. Cappucci

After earning his business degree from Fordham University, Roger Cappucci continued his education at Touro Law, where he built a strong foundation in discipline, strategy, problem-solving, and organization. He began his career at a prestigious Park Avenue law firm in New York City, but soon realized that his true passion was in real estate development.
Driven by this passion, Roger founded Spruce Builders Group, which has evolved from a small renovation company into one of the region’s premier custom homebuilding and real estate development firms. His reputation is defined by uncompromising standards, meticulous craftsmanship, and a commitment to perfection, serving clients throughout Westchester County and Greenwich, CT.
Today, Roger leads Spruce Builders Group with a hands-on approach, managing day-to-day operations, project oversight, and quality control. His focus is ensuring every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and transparency—delivering not only beautifully crafted homes but also a seamless client experience from start to finish.
