Our design team is lead by our very own Sandra C. Who has been in the business for over 30 years. The Construction and Development is managed by Roger C. Who has been involved in construction for over 18 years.
Spruce Builders Group has a mission to provide its clients with outstanding services, the highest of quality and finishes, along with great communication to ensure our projects and services are delivered beyond any expectations.

Sandra Cappucci has spent over 30 years as a real estate agent with Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. Sandra‘s real estate career served as the foundation to her true passion, which is architecture and interior design. She began her career in real estate and worked side by side with her father building homes at a very young age. Sandra works together with architects and clients to create a distinctive vision for each project, tailored to its client in every way. She balances both traditional and contemporary designs with every project. The selection of finishes, materials, custom design cabinetry, and millwork, combining a blend of selections into every project allows her to create original and sophisticated spaces that are unique, elegant and timeless to every client.
Roger S. Cappucci

After graduating from Fordham University with a business degree, Roger Cappucci decided to pursue his law career. While working at a Park Avenue law firm in NYC, Roger found that his true passion was in Real Estate Development. Shortly thereafter, Roger launched Spruce Builders Group. What started out as a small renovation company, has now evolved into a premier real estate development company. Roger’s reputation as a new home builder is unparalleled perfection, quality and meticulous craftsmanship to clients all over Westchester county and Greenwich, CT.
His main focus within the company is to manage the day to day operations and ensure all projects run smooth and according to plan. Among many other things, Roger is the head of the management team, and makes sure quality and efficiency is top priority.
